We have three comfortable well-equipped double rooms, each with a double bed.

Each of our rooms has the following:

• En-suite facilities
• Colour Television and DVD Player
• Wi-Fi Broadband Access.
• Central heating
• Tea and coffee making equipment
• Hairdryer
• Refrigerator

Restrictions:
Children are welcome, subject to a minimum age of 12 years.
For the comfort of our guests and for safety reasons, Rye Farm is a No Smoking establishment.
As we are a working farm we are unable to accept dogs or other pets.

We have two double rooms overlooking our farmyard - the hub of a real working farm. Below is a picture of one of these rooms and its en-suite bathroom.

The rates below are per room, per night, inclusive of a full English breakfast.

PAYMENT: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
We are able to accept payment by cheque or cash only as we do not have credit or debit card facilities.
