Stable door leads from the bedroom onto an outside patio area.

Colour Television/DVD and stereo system.
Bookcase, nest of coffee tables and an occasional lamp.
Tiled floor.

Kitchen Area

Electric cooker.
Microwave Oven.
Refrigerator.
Electric toaster and electric kettle.
Dining table with drop-down leaves and two chairs.
Crockery, glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Tablecloth and tea towels.
Iron and ironing board.
Vacuum cleaner, dustpan, brushes, bucket, mop and floorcloth.

Wet Room (bathroom)

Shower (no bath).
Washbasin.
Raised toilet with grab rails and low-level washbasin.

A washing machine and a tumble dryer, for shared use by guests in the three apartments, is provided in the boiler room to the rear of the property.
